Fadi Daccache, occupational therapist: Fadi is an occupational therapist who has worked in the international development sector for more than twelve years, focusing on rehabilitation including assistive technologies, mental health, and psychosocial support. Fadi has led or co-led trainings in Libya, Djibouti, and Madagascar and has also supported the implementation of trainings in Uganda and Kenya. Fadi currently works with International Medical Corps (IMC) as deputy coordinator of the mental-health and psychosocial-support program in Lebanon, and has supported missions in Ukraine and Mozambique, and teaches a module on occupational therapy in mental health to second-year university students in occupational therapy at Saint Joseph University of Beirut, Lebanon. Before working with IMC in Lebanon, Fadi worked with IMC Libya for two years as an occupational therapist, where he trained physiotherapists, other rehabilitation professionals, and social workers on wheelchair services and advised on the creation of a wheelchair unit. Fadi holds a bachelor's in occupational therapy and a master's in project management. His native language is Arabic and he is fluent in written and spoken English and French.
