Georgette S. Zaatar, born in Zahle on 20/12/1964. Painter, member of the Zahle municipal council (2016 election), and member of the artist-artisans of Zahle and the Bekaa. I have run my own drawing and painting teaching studio for young people in Zahle since 2004. I taught Drawing 1 and 2 and Oriental Semiology at Antonine University Haouch Hala, and Drawing 1 and 2 at Saint Joseph University Tanayel and Zahle. I have held four solo exhibitions in Zahle and in France and participated in several group exhibitions in Lebanon and elsewhere. As deputy to the Mayor of Zahle, I am part of several committees (cultural, artistic, El Karma festival, sports, women, urban, and international cooperation, etc.).
