with more than fifteen years of experience in the field of olive growing and
olive oil production. Established the department of olive and olive oil in a
public research institute and successfully managed a research team. Responsible
for the national collection of local olive varieties. Member of the group of chemistry
Experts of the International Olive Council (IOC).
