Dr. Nicole Fakhoury-Sayegh received her PhD in Nutritional Sciences from Saint Joseph University Beirut in 2015, her Masters in Public Health from AUB in 2005, and her Bachelors in Dietetics and Nutrition from AUB in 1985. She is a certified dietitian and was promoted to Associate Professor at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Department of Nutrition at Saint Joseph University Beirut in 2024. She is also a part-time teacher at Saint Esprit University of Kaslik since 2021. She practices dietetics and clinical nutrition at her private clinic next to Hôtel Dieu de France, Beirut. Her academic interests are liver diseases, especially fatty liver and gut microbiota. She has several national and international publications in this field.
