Doctorate in educational sciences on Higher Education Quality Programs. Practicum Supervisor Teacher since 1996 at the Lebanese School of Social Work (ELFS) at USJ. Director of ELFS since 2018-2019. Member of the Council and Steering Committee of the Observatory of Children and Youth in Lebanon - ŒIL since 2018. Contribution to the development of university pedagogy within USJ as part of the University Pedagogy Mission from 2012 to 2018: Support for teachers and institutions in the process of developing competencies, programs and course plans aligned with expected results. Coordination of the development of the University Pedagogy Manual - USJ and writing of chapters. Contribution to the quality assurance steering committee at USJ between 2015 and 2018. Expert consultant in the fields of NGOs and Teams work and Team building: evaluation, training, support for change processes.
