Dean of the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Management of the Lebanese University (Lebanon) since March 2019; academic and administrative management of 6 geographic branches (6 Branch Directors), 42 Department Heads, 440 teacher-researchers (PhDs), 220 administrative employees, and 6,800 bachelor's and master's students. Professor at the Lebanese University, holder of an Accreditation to Direct Research (HDR) in Management Sciences, after a Doctorate in Management Sciences from Jean Moulin University (Lyon III) in France. Coordinator of the Employability Sub-Network of the Union of Mediterranean Universities UNIMED (Italy); the UNIMED Employability Sub-Network encompasses 31 universities from 15 countries on both shores of the Mediterranean. Founder of the Center for Careers, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship (MINE Center) at the Lebanese University in 2019. Founder of 3 Generations of Innovation Leaders Labs (GIL) at the Lebanese University (North, Beirut, and South) in 2019, aiming to create a generation of young leaders and innovators, funded by UNICEF. Founder of 2 FabLabs (Digital Fabrication Laboratories) at the Lebanese University (North and South) in 2020, funded by UNICEF. Founder of the Center for Sustainability and Gender Equality at the Lebanese University in 2021. Expert at the Agency for the Evaluation of the Quality of Higher Education (AEQES), an independent public-service agency that carries out formative evaluation of higher-education programs organized in the Wallonia-Brussels Federation. Evaluator (Country Expert in Higher Education) within the FIBAA accreditation program (an international accreditation body accrediting business schools and management faculties). Visiting researcher at the Ecole Nationale Superieure des Mines de Saint-Etienne - France. Researcher at the Institute of Socio-Economics of Enterprises and Organizations (ISEOR), a research center associated with Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University, France. Director of the Mutual Fund of Professors of the Lebanese University (2017-2021). Author of numerous scientific and academic publications, editorial-board member, and member of scientific committees in several international scientific journals. His main research activities focus on the sustainability and overall performance of companies; sustainable development; innovation; entrepreneurship. Supervisor of several doctoral theses in France and Lebanon.
