Elie Helou, Urologist at the university medical center Hôtel-Dieu de France Hospital, and assistant professor at Saint-Joseph University (USJ), Beirut, Lebanon. Health economist, lecturer and educator at the superior institute of public health, nursing school, and the faculty of medicine at USJ. Head of the Assurance Quality Committee and academic advisor of the Laparoscopic and Robotic surgery University Diploma at the faculty of medicine, USJ. Operating room expert since 2010 in the laparoscopic urological course at IRCAD, Strasbourg, France. Holds a university diploma in health sciences education. He has more than 40 publications in the fields of urology, health economics health informatics and simulation based education.
