Erasmus+ student scholarship to Pompeu Fabra University, Spain

We are pleased to announce that Pompeu Fabra University has launched a new call for 2 incoming exchange students (Bachelor, Master and PHD levels) under the Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility (KA107) program.

-Scholarship Details

  -Monthly grant: €850/month

  -Travel grant: €580

-Eligibility Requirements

  -Minimum B2 level of English

  -Good academic standing (only students with strong academic records are eligible to apply for an exchange mobility)

-Application Process

1- Consult the academic offer on the university's website Information website : Academic information - International students (UPF)

2- Complete USJ's outgoing mobility form , have it signed by your dean, and submit it to sri.mobilite@usj.edu.lb  before September 15, 2026.

3- The Vice Rectorate for international relations (VRRI) will officially nominate the pre-selected candidates to Pompeu Fabra University.

4- Nominated students will then complete the online application on the host university's platform and upload the following documents:

  -Transcript of Records

  -Learning Agreement (LA)

  -Recommendation letter from the Master's Coordinator (required for Master's students only)

-Timeline

  -Internal application deadline (USJ): September 15, 2026

  -Host university application deadline: September 30, 2026

  -Selection results announced: November 2, 2026
