Joelle Chebli, Communication Manager at IOM-UN Migration, brings over 19 years of experience in strategic communication planning, marketing strategy, academia, visual communication. She has collaborated with leading advertising agencies and top universities across Lebanon and the Middle East. Currently, Joelle leads communication efforts to support IDPs, migrants, and vulnerable communities, amplifying their voices and addressing critical needs. Previously, she led communication at Cedar Oxygen Fund, where she championed solutions to revitalize production and promote the ‘Made in Lebanon’ brand, contributing to Lebanon’s economic resilience.
