Backed with 2 academic majors (BS in chemistry Masters in Industrial Technology) an extensive 17 years of work in the industrial plants, i have developed a passion for the industrial work and i have followed several trainings that empowered my career orientation. In parallel, my professional career in managing factories led me to follow different executive MBA courses.My experience covers the manufacturing operations management of a diversity of FMCG products such detergents, cosmetics, plastics and food manufacturing.In 2017, i have established a regional consultancy firm called “Sparkers Solutions” that is providing manufacturing operations support & trainings for different kind of industries especially in reviewing their processes to become more efficient and productive by applying the techniques of LEAN management. I am the main trainer & manufacturing consultant at Sparkers.In 2011, I have followed 2 trainings on LEAN manufacturing principles in San Fransisco with LEAN Enterprise Institute. In 2017, i have conducted a learning trip on LEAN manufacturing to TOYOTA (founder of LEAN) factory in Japan.In parallel, i have been teaching the "Production & LEAN manufacturing" course within the "Manufacturing operational management" module to the students of the Masters degree "Industrial Technology" at University Saint Joseph (FS) since 2008.Since 2022/2023,I am charged as well of delivering a professional course on the Flows of materials & people in a food factory for the Masters students of Food Chemistry.
