I am married with one child.I pursued studies in law but specialized in labor law HR.After working at SANOFIin professional training, i dedicated my activities to teaching and research. Actually i am responsible for the masters program in leadership and HRM and for the PhD. Since 2023, i have been part of the scientific committee of RISE (conference) since 2024, i have been an expert with AUF in the field of HR research.
