This course introduces the Security Markets, , Asset management, and portfolio management as it relates to the essential knowledge that is needed by professional that are thinking of pursuing the Chartered Financial Advisor (CFA) designation. Below is a brief summary of the topics covered in this class: Securities Markets: We will cover the securities markets function and importance as it relates to the overall financial transactions, liquidity, and transfer of goods and services, ownership, raising capital will be explored as part of this class Fundamentals of Asset Management: We will focus on the analysis of equity, debt, and derivative securities are a primary function of securities analysts and portfolio managers. Understanding the features of these securities and the methods used to analyze and value them. Portfolio Management: we will cover the portfolio management approach as a mechanism to help Investors determine the best risk/return opportunities available in the marketplace while utilizing different theories and applications that will enhance the overall return to investor through an efficient portfolio management results.
