Hisham H Malaeb is a seasoned Portfolio and Project Management leader with over 15 years of experience driving strategic initiatives across the fintech and banking sectors in the MENA region. He currently leads portfolios and programs at a leading fintech company, delivering highimpact digital solutions across UAE, Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia. Certified in PfMP, PMP, PMI-ACP, PMI-PMOCP, P3O and Lean Management, Hisham has deep technical knowledge with strong business acumen, ensuring project success, stakeholder engagement, and value-driven delivery.

With his leadership skills, he has managed teams of over 40 professionals and delivered 10s of projects (Small, medium and Big projects). His teaching approach is grounded in real-world scenarios, offering learners both strategic perspective, hands-on insights and interpersonal skills.

As Vice President of Professional Development at PMI Lebanon Chapter for 4 years, Hisham is dedicated to advancing the project management profession. On the other hand, he shared his leadership insights on live TV episodes (Leadership) on MTV Lebanon.
