Commercial Law (4) : Introduction to financial law

The aim of this course is to provide a basic understanding of finance law and capital markets. Students will learn about major financial markets, financial instruments and institutions, as well as the importance of information in the context of capital markets. All the topics are handled at the introductory level, enabling students interested in this field to pursue a postgraduate degree related to financial markets.
