This educational unit aims to introduce students to the world of translation through an initiation to linguistic translation from English to Arabic and from Arabic to English and to the various approaches and strategies adopted in the translation of texts. It aims at improving students’ understanding of English texts and skills in English expression while tackling a wide variety of themes and subjects related to the human rights, the various UN organizations, and the governmental entities.
