Born in Beirut in 1977, I hold a Masters degree in Islamic Studies as well as a Masters in Musicology. I currently teach Islamic studies at Saint-Joseph University of Beirut. In addition, I work in international journalism. My research academic interests primarily focus on the comparison of sacred texts the study of the origins of religions.

The comparison of sacred texts (Quran, Bible, Torah). The analysis of historical theological connections between the major religious traditions. Religious musical expression its connection to political social contexts.
