Banque du Liban and the School of Engineering at Saint Joseph University Sign a Memorandum of Cooperation

Banque du Liban and the School of Engineering of Beirut at Saint Joseph University of Beirut signed a Memorandum of Cooperation to strengthen collaboration between academia and the public sector and provide engineering students with structured hands-on training opportunities.
The Memorandum was signed by the Governor of Banque du Liban, Karim Souaid, the Rector of Saint Joseph University of Beirut, Prof. François Boëdec, SJ, and the Dean of the School of Engineering of Beirut, Prof. Wassim Raphael.
Under the agreement, selected engineering students will participate in structured training programs at Banque du Liban, contributing to technical and engineering projects in infrastructure, facilities management, sustainability, energy efficiency, and information and communication technologies.
The School of Engineering of Beirut will support the partnership through the expertise of its faculty by providing academic supervision and mentoring, while promoting knowledge exchange and the development of innovative engineering solutions.
This partnership reflects the shared commitment of Banque du Liban and Saint Joseph University of Beirut to fostering innovation, developing Lebanese talent, and strengthening the link between academic excellence and professional practice.
