Scholarships for dependents of USJ and HDF staff

For Staff Members

The discount rate is as follows:

• • 50% when the seniority is between 1 year on September 1 of the respective academic year and 4 years,
• • 75% when the seniority is between 5 and 7 years,
• • 100% when the seniority is equal to or greater than 7 years.

For Tenured Teachers

A discount on registration fees for all University institutions is granted to students under the age of 25 (under the age of 30 for medical students) who are dependents of active, retired or late teaching staff.

This discount shall be granted in proportion to the employment status of the tenured teacher. The discount is 50% when the teacher has a seniority between 1 and 4 years, 75% between 4 and 7 years and 100% after 7 years.

However, there is no discount for extra-curricular registration. If the student enrolls at a different university, the tenured teacher then benefits from the aid approved by the Council of Ministers each year.
