At the end of this module the student will be able to: 1- Understand the project management cycle 2- Be familiarized with tools that can be used for project management 3- Design a concept note and a project proposal 4- Develop a detailed action plan for implementation 5- Develop an M&E framework for the project 6- Assist in conducting a project evaluation and writing of the final report
