This module will be delivered as a hands-on workshop in conjunction with the Ecole Supérieure des Affaires (ESA) and will be deferred in time for now, to allow for the possibility of holding it in person, when and if the situation in Lebanon allows it. The main objectives of this workshop if for you to: Gain insights into your personal style and acquire a deeper understanding of the way you are, the way you interact and the way you embody your leadership. Learn how to better relate to and manage others, give and receive feedback constructively and manage conflict. Learn how to create a climate of trust and collaboration within your relations and your team. Become better at influencing and getting influenced by others. - Become a better coach and motivator to your team and to your colleagues.
