Governance and Health Leadership

Le cours présentera aux étudiants le concept de gouvernance et son importance dans le domaine de la santé, car il s'agit de l'un des éléments constitutifs de tout système de santé et est défini comme «l'art et la science de diriger un système de santé pour atteindre les résultats escomptés en utilisant des ressources dans le moyen le plus efficace ». Le cours aidera les étudiants à comprendre la théorie et la pratique de la gouvernance dans le secteur de la santé qu'est-ce que la gouvernance à différents niveaux signifie comment ces niveaux sont interdépendants comment cela fonctionne dans le monde réel quelles sont les implications des défis existants dans la gouvernance du système de santé pour atteindre changer et représenter les problèmes parmi les questions clés qui seront explorées dans ce cours. La bonne gouvernance dans le domaine de la santé ne concerne pas la façon dont l'élaboration des politiques se déroule ; il s'agit de savoir comment améliorer l'élaboration des politiques en améliorant la qualité de l'élaboration des politiques/de la prise de décision
