Effect of different surface treatments on the bond strength of zirconia to resin cement: An in-vitro study.

Conventionally, previous report of the literature showed that (10), zirconia bonding was durable with the application of air abrasion, zirconia primer (ZP) and resin cement. This conventional method will be used as the control group, that will be assessed to two groups treated with ZE acid: one treated with ZP and the other without it. Both will be then bonded with resin cement. Next, zirconia blocks will be cut into standardized cubes, that will be treated following those 3 different concepts and then evaluating their SBS and their type of failure.
