Description :

All participants will be evaluated at baseline for bruxism using subjective and objective measures such as the Visual Analog Scale (VAS) for pain and tenderness, and EMG and posture angle analysis. Participants in Group 1 will receive a custom-fitted mouthguard and will be instructed to wear it at night. Participants in Group 2 will receive the same mouthguard and will be sent daily at home physiotherapy exercises. Physiotherapy will consist of physiotherapy, exercises, and education on proper posture and relaxation techniques
