50 patients each having bilateral upper second primary molars needing pulpotomy treatments. During the first appointment, one molar is treated using a computer-controlled local anesthesia injection device: WAND (STA). The other molar is treated using different brand of computer-controlled injection device: CALAJECT on the following visit.
