The course aims to familiarize to the students with the startups world and the legal framework that comes with it. What is a startup, what are the legal concerns and founders’ needs form from the startup’s conception (even before) until it reaches a subsequent investment round. As well, we will aim to train the student on the drafting of the basic documents needed when a startup is founded until a subsequent round of investment.
