Eliane Bader Ghaya Personal Statement I am a dedicated enthusiastic person with more than 10 years of experience at leading academic institutions and 8 years in reputable businesses. I have the knowledge and the know-how as I have taught the theory/concept and have applied it in the real work environment. I am a team-builder and a team-leader who has worked with people from various social and cultural backgrounds as well as managed diversity in the workplace and succeeded in building team work. I am committed to providing strategic thinking skills, to show honesty and integrity and to support the business’ mission and goals I am perfectly able to work under pressure and effective at multi-tasking, I am also a keen observer and a quick learner person. It is legally a different entity from STALQ, however, the management of Making is being handled by STALQ having the same main shareholder.
