Comprehensive PMI-ACP ® Training Program
A focused, exam-oriented agile course that blends theory and practice across multiple frameworks so participants can confidently pass PMI-ACP and apply agile effectively at work. PMI-ACP is a course that prepares agile practitioners, Scrum Masters, product owners, and project managers to pass the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner exam. It covers agile mindset, leadership, product and delivery domains, and hands-on tools such as user stories, backlogs, Kanban boards, estimation, metrics, and continuous improvement across Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and hybrid approaches.

PMI Authorized PMP Instructor
Hisham H. Malaeb is a senior Portfolio and Project Management leader with 15+ years’ experience delivering strategic initiatives in fintech and banking across the MENA region (UAE, Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, KSA). He has led teams of 40+ professionals and successfully delivered dozens of projects of varying scales.
Holding certifications in PfMP, PMP, PMI-ACP, PMIPMOCP, P3O, and Lean Management, he combines technical expertise with strong business acumen to drive value, stakeholder engagement, and digital transformation. A former Vice President of Professional Development at PMI Lebanon Chapter, Hisham is dedicated to advancing the project management profession.
