Biomechanics is a discipline that studies mechanical processes within the body. It involves a variety of disciplines  including orthopedics, radiology, neurology, physical medicine, physical therapy, engineering, math, and statistics. The Laboratory of Biomechanics and Medical Imaging is a center for medical diagnosis and clinical research in osteoarticular diseases. This research laboratory of the Faculty of Medicine of ‘Saint-Joseph University is located within the Health Technology Pole in the Campus of Sports and Innovation in the heart of Beirut.
