On November 18, 2018, the first graduation ceremony for the Dubai Master’s program in Translation was celebrated in great style at the Ritz Carlton, Dubai. The ceremony was held under the patronage of H.E the Minister of Tolerance and in the presence of the Rector of USJ, Prof Salim Daccache. Also present were the Branch Director, Prof Nisrine Abiad, the Dean of the Faculty of Law and that of the Faculty of Language and Translation, respectively Profs Lena Gannage and Gina Saad, in addition to Lebanese and Emirati figures. It coincided with the 10th anniversary of the founding of the USJ branch in Dubai.
