Chaker Mzoughi has a Phd in law from the University Paris Sorbonne Paris Cité 13. He is lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Political and Social Sciences of the University of Carthage in Tunis and a visiting professor in other universities. He is responsible for the professional Master in governance and fight against corruption, head of the Professional Master in Bank and Stock Exchange, responsible for the Master against corruption, organised in collaboration with the Paris School of Economics. He is an international expert and consultant for several national and international organisations working on integrity and good governance. He also lectures at ARMA.
