Despite the challenging circumstances our country is currently facing, the Department of Nutrition at the Faculty of Pharmacy, in collaboration with UniLaSalle Beauvais, will be participating in the World Food Forum (WFF), organized by the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO). The event will be held from October 14 to 18 in Rome.

As part of this event, the ALIMCARE project will be presented through a webinar titled “Innovations for Health Gastronomy.” During the webinar, Dr. Nathalie Yaghi, an instructor at the Department of Nutrition at the Faculty of Pharmacy, will highlight the role of the Lebanese Mediterranean diet and its culinary heritage in the innovative ALIMCARE project, which aims to demonstrate the connection between healthy Mediterranean food and overall health.

This free event is open to all, and we encourage your participation.

Date: October 16, 2024, from 3:00-4:00 PM (Paris time) / 4:00-5:00 PM (Beirut time).
