The Faculty of Business and Management, in collaboration with the “Virtuous Leadership Institute” – VLIL, is proudly introducing the newly added undergraduates’ course entitled “virtuous Leadership” that will be lectured by Mr. Anthony Tayah.

Mr. Tayah is a trainer and consultant to organizations and experienced people. With 30 years of experience in multi-discipline business entities (business, media, research, agro-industrial) both locally and regionally, he has held managerial positions in multi-functional environments. He has more than 20 years of experience in teaching young adults.

The Virtuous Leadership Institute is founded by Mr. Alexandre Havard who is the founder of the Virtuous Leadership System. He was born and raised in Paris and is a graduate of one of France’s leading law schools (Paris Descartes University). He worked as a lawyer in Europe (Paris, Strasbourg, Helsinki) for many years before discovering his mission to ignite hearts for greatness and raise up a new generation of Virtuous Leaders. His books “Virtuous Leadership”, “Created for Greatness”, “From Temperament to Character”, “Free Hearts” and “Coached by Joan of Arc” have been translated into 20 languages. Alexander Havard co-founded some 20 Virtuous Leadership Institutes around the world.
