The Faculty of Business and Management has the great pleasure and honor to welcome Dr. Elizabeth Kassab Sfeir into its large family.

Elizabeth Kassab Sfeir is an experienced trainer and Human Resource specialist. Born and raised in Canada for 14 years, Elizabeth then moved to Australia where she completed her higher education studies. She obtained her BBA in Marketing from Griffith University in 1996. She completed her master’s in management (HRM) from Central Queensland University in 2009. She completed her Doctorate in Human resource strategies. Elizabeth has worked in the service industries in Australian Universities. She has won awards for her quality service to customers. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Elizabeth has held positions both administrative and academic at several Lebanese universities. She provides workshops and seminars in Quality Service, Leadership, Productivity, Interpersonal Communication, and the HR area. She is an expert in public speaking and nonverbal communication. She is engaged and active in research and innovation and works within multi-cultural organizations and she’s most welcomed to the FGM Family starting fall 2022.
