Assessment of health behaviors in the USJ Community: An assessment for worksite wellness.

Description :

This study constitutes a needs assessment for worksite health promotion activities in the context of USJ. Participants will be assessed on a variety of health conditions and health-related behaviors. Behavioral assessments will be conducted using a stage paradigm that will enable a tailored intervention for each behavior. Furthermore, the study will set the stage for an examination of the transtheoretical model in the Lebanese context.
