Objectif :
This Training of Trainers (TOT) aims to enable physiotherapists to:
- Apply active learning strategies and adapted techniques for effective teaching.
- Set clear, measurable learning objectives (SMART) for theory and practice.
- Discover the role of neuroeducation in participatory teaching.
- Teach and assess clinical reasoning.
- Use appropriate assessment and feedback tools (theory & practice).
- Strengthen facilitation, mentoring, and trainer skills.
- Apply ethical principles and professionalism in physiotherapy education.
