This course is designed to acquaint students with the fundamental structure and content of civil law. It commences with a comprehensive overview of the legal framework in general before delving into an in-depth exploration of the general part of the Civil Code: it lays the groundwork by examining foundational concepts, including natural persons, legal persons, and their various classifications; subsequently, the focus shifts to a detailed analysis of crucial legal constructs such as representation, legal actions, limitation, property, and inheritance.
