The main theme of the course is “The Missing and Forcibly disappeared in Syria”. The Human Rights Lab 2 is a practitioner based seminar that seeks to present an issue through the multiple perspectives of those involved in it. The seminar examines the issue of the missing and forcibly disappeared persons in Syria from transitional justice and peacebuilding perspectives. The students will engage in these discussions and will reflect with the experts and stakeholders on ways to move forward highlighting the centrality of the issue of the disappeared in the process of national reconciliation.
