This teaching unit is delivered to speech & language therapy students in the first semester of the first year. This is a teaching unit that belongs to the general education program English Enhancement I is a comprehensive course designed to expand and enrich your understanding of the English Language in order to prepare you to later support and individualize linguistic intervention for your clients. We will work through exercises and activities to help you be more fluent and comfortable communicating in English and to develop your ability to modify your linguistic input and expectations according to your future client’s needs.
