This course aims to provide students with the fundamentals of classical mechanics applied to a particle. The concepts of kinematics and dynamics are studied to model and analyze the motion of mechanical systems. The principles of work and energy are developed to investigate energy transformations and their applications in mechanical systems. The course also introduces the concept of angular momentum and the associated conservation laws, providing students with a solid foundation for further studies in engineering mechanics.
