This course aims first and foremost to give the student the necessary keys which will allow her/him to optimize the use of her/his personal abilities, and to take full advantage of the resources in order to solve certain difficulties and/or to achieve their personal and professional objectives.. Secondly, the course aims to present the general process of organizational behavior and to grasp the different themes. In particular, students will explore motivation at work, leadership in the management of the company, accountability and delegation. Finally, this course will identify the basis of teamwork, the most frequent sources of conflict at work as well as the main methods of overcoming them.
