. Group 1: conventional rotary instrumentation. After the completion of the endodontic procedures, The obturation will be done. Group 2: in the non-instrumentation technique, a needle tip will be placed in order to heat and activate the irrigant solution. the obturation will be performed for all teeth using the same technique as group periapical radiographs will be taken to evaluate the healing.
