Prosthetic rehabilitation of edentulous mandible patients using narrow implants

Description :

-Pre-operatory: CBCT -Primary impression -Secondary impression -VDO AMD CR recordings + mounting on semi adaptable articulator -Trial of wax up dentures -Delivery -Surgery: 1-mouth wash using a 0, 12 % chlorhexidine solution for 1 minute. -Crestal incision and flap raising -Implant site preparation -Implant placement -Measurement of the insertion torque and ISQ -Screwing ball abutment and immediate loading -Sutures -Post-op: Amoxicilline 1g (2 cp/day) in case of allergy Clindamycine 300mg (2 cp/day) Solpadeine Mouthwash: chlorhexidine 0.12% (3 times/day) Sutures removal: 10 days after the surgery. -Try out of the prosthesis -elimination of resine facing the locators -Soft silicone placement and insertion of the prosthesis - -Follow up 2 weeks, 1 month, 2 months and 3 months (ISQ values) -Measurement of bone remodelling by comparing the bone level using retro alveolar radio cliché - Attachment of the implant housing after 3 months
