This course deals with some of the main corporate and financial crimes and covers UAE laws with a comparative approach to EU, UK and American laws. Students will have a better understanding of general corporate offenses like the breach of trust, money laundering, bribery and the illegal taking of interest. The course will also address specific corporate and financial offenses related to bankruptcy, competition law, consumer law and stock market laws and regulations.
