This course will explore the basic principles of drafting Energy International Oil and Gas Service Contracts as well as the strategies and techniques for negotiating such contracts, from a legal practitioner perspective. It provides the students with a general overview of the usual content of the Energy International Oil and Gas Service Contracts, and how they are negotiated with the aim to familiarize the students with such negotiations.
