Nada Nassar-Chaoul holds a Bachelor in Law and a diploma of Higher Studies in Law from Saint-Joseph University ( Private and Banking Law). She holds a PhD in Law, her thesis subject being The mandate contract. Contribution to its qualification as a unilateral act (Very honorable Mention). She is teaching Private Law in the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences in Saint-Joseph University since 1985 and as a Full Professor since 2008 (Civil Law, The contrats, The obligations, Copyright Law and Criminology). She has many publications and lectures in Family Law, Banking Law, Contracts and Artificial intelligence. Since 2023 she is the Vice-President of the Lebanese Groupe of the Association Henri Capitant des amis de la culture juridique française, and the President of the Lebanese Chapter of the Association La Renaissance Française. She is also a columnist in l'Orient Littéraire, a supplement of the newspaper l'Orient-Le Jour. She is since 2023 the Vice President of the Lebanese Chapter of Henri Capitant Association of the friends of French Legal Culture and the President of the Lebanese Chapter of the association La Renaissance Française .
