Norma Matar has had a distinguished career in academia, making significant contributions to the fields of management and mathematics education. Since 1986, she has been the Head of Mathematics and Financial Mathematics courses, teaching these subjects to students across multiple semesters. From 1992 to 2003, she served as the Coordinator for the first and second years of the Bachelor's program in Management and Business, where she played a vital role in shaping the curriculum and supporting students. In addition to her teaching duties, she has mentored approximately fifty students annually between 2014 and 2023, providing academic guidance and support throughout their university journey. Norma has also been responsible for coordinating internships for about twenty students each year from 2014 to 2023, ensuring they gained valuable practical experience. Her administrative responsibilities included managing the student schedules for both Bachelor's and Master's programs, organizing Placement Tests, Proficiency Tests, and summer intensive courses, as well as overseeing online student registrations. Fluent in both English and French, Norma Matar has dedicated her career to delivering high-quality education and fostering the success of her students at all levels.
