Dr Allam received his DDS in 1983 from St. Joseph University, received his specialty degree in Endodontics (DESE) in 1992 from the same University. He is an assistant professor in the department of endodontics at St. Joseph University, dividing his time between teaching pre-doctoral and post-doctoral students, providing continuing education and private courses at his office. He introduced the use of the Dental Operating Microscope to Lebanon, and has been practicing Microsurgery since 1996. He currently practices and resides in Beirut, Lebanon.
