Pr. Dominique Salameh stands as a towering figure in the field of fermentation, with a distinguished career marked by expertise groundbreaking contributions. With a robust background in Chemical and bioprocess engineering, Pr. Salameh has seamlessly integrated academic knowledge with industrial acumen. He holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering and Environment and a Habilitation Diploma (HDR) in Research from Toulouse University, along with an MBA from Paris Dauphine and Paris Sorbonne University. As a professor and researcher at Saint Joseph University, he has published numerous influential papers that have advanced the science of fermentation, solidifying his reputation as a leading authority. Beyond academia, Pr. Salameh has played a pivotal role as an international consultant, guiding numerous high-profile industrial fermentation projects to success. His strategic insights and innovative solutions have been instrumental in optimizing production processes, improving yield efficiencies, and ensuring sustainable practices across sectors such as waste management, wastewater treatment, food and beverage, and biofuels. As a senior consultant, entrepreneur, and green innovation mentor, Pr. Salameh has been instrumental in founding and managing international entrepreneurship projects. He has supported several organizations through consulting and management, participated in establishing industrial incubators and accelerators, and served as a board member in various academic institutions, foundations, and industries. With more than 70 international publications, Dr. Salameh has been recognized for his contributions, notably as an Energy Globe Award Winner by Advantage Energy Globe Award Austria. His passion for cleantech industries and sustainable development, combined with his extensive experience and leadership, make him an indispensable figure and a beacon of excellence in the field of industrial fermentation.
