In 1975, Rosie Rocca obtained the Lebanese State Diploma in Physiotherapy from the National Institute of Physiotherapy of Mgr Cortbawi. In 2000, she validated a Bachelor's degree in physiotherapy through equivalence at the Lebanese University, Faculty of Public Health. Then, in 2005, she obtained a Master's degree in Neurology Rehabilitation from the Institute of Physiotherapy at Saint Joseph University of Beirut. This solid background in physiotherapy is complemented by a University Diploma in University Pedagogy, also obtained at Saint Joseph University of Beirut For over forty years, Rosie Rocca has been sharing her knowledge of physiotherapy with students, training and mentoring them in various academic institutions. Her teaching experience began in 1978 at the Higher National Institute of Physiotherapy of Mgr Cortbawi, where she worked as a physiotherapist and trainer until 1986. She then taught at the Lebanese University from 1986 to 2001, holding several pedagogical and administrative positions. In 2001, she joined Saint Joseph University of Beirut as a lecturer in physiotherapy, where she has been responsible for the foundational training and has served on the Board of the Institute of Physiotherapy since 1995. Her practice as a clinical physiotherapist and her involvement in various pedagogical and professional committees date back to 1975. From 1996 to 1998, she organized and led methodology seminars for training and clinical internships. In 2020–2021, she coordinated free care for the victims of the Beirut port explosion in partnership with the organization TRIPULLY. Since 1978, she has also provided career guidance to students and represented her institute in community projects such as the Seventh Day operation. To stay at the forefront of her field, Rosie Rocca regularly participates in international training sessions and conferences. Between 1988 and 1999, she attended various seminars in rehabilitation, biomechanics, and electrotherapy. From 2001 to 2006, she pursued training in research methodology and pedagogy. Between 2014 and 2018, she deepened her skills in active teaching and course planning at Saint Joseph University.
