Dr. Christiane Maalouf Rubeiz is a recognized expert in economic and legal sciences, holding a Ph.D. in Economic Sciences from the Faculty of Law and Economic Sciences at Nancy 2 University, France. She also holds a DEA in Private Law (Finance option) and a double Bachelor’s degree in Law and Business Management from Saint Joseph University (USJ). She teaches a wide range of courses, including Corporate Law, Taxation, Risk Management, Research Methodology, Consumer Behavior, and Business Plan Development. A passionate and dedicated educator, Dr. Rubeiz serves as a jury member and supervisor, guiding Master’s students in preparing their theses while fostering academic rigor and practical expertise. With over 25 years of significant experience in the banking sector, she combines academic teaching with professional know-how to provide her students with a technical and specialized approach. Her research and publications cover a variety of topics, including consumerism, economic and banking crises, prudential supervision, money laundering, digital banking, and Basel reforms. Beyond her academic commitments, Dr. Rubeiz leads specialized seminars in collaboration with NGOs, aiming to promote professional and entrepreneurial training for vulnerable populations, focusing on improving their integration into the labor market. Since 2008, she has also been dedicated to a concept store she founded and manages with passion, blending creativity and entrepreneurship to bring her vision of a unique and innovative space to life.
